Pet Policy
“Common household pet" means a domesticated animal, such as a dog, cat, bird, rodent (including a rabbit), fish or turtle which is traditionally kept in the home for pleasure rather than commercial purposes. Common household pet does not include:
a. Any pet expected to weigh in excess of twenty (20) pounds at maturity;
b. Any exotic pet;
c. Any pet whose presence in the Development would violate applicable law governing the size, weight or type of pets allowed in dwelling accommodations;
d. Any reptile (except turtles): or
e. More than one four-legged. warm-blooded pet in any dwelling unit.
